Established in 1922, the Richard Ivey School of Business is one of the world‘s most prestigious business schools. Ivey’s mission is “to develop business leaders who think globally, act strategically and contribute to the societies in which they operate”. With expertise and experience, Abbott was able to create a vibrant and unified campus expressing Richard Ivey’s School of Business’ global identity.

Abbott’s team was brought forward to provide program, project, and cost management services, in addition to an assurance role. Over the course of the project, Abbott managed the relocation to the opposite end of the campus, development of the new facility, and complete decommission of the old facility, in view of the University utilizing the space for upcoming tenants. Being both lengthy and complex, Ivey’s project proved to be a perfect fit for Abbott’s services.
